Team Sheet

Andy Gaskell

Director of Business Development

Andy leads on all external engagement and regulatory compliance at Next Level, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the team consistently delivers to the highest standards as a Social Business.

Before stepping into his current role as Director, Andy spent seven and a half years honing his expertise in Business Development and Strategic Leadership at a respected national Doorstep Sport charity.

Earlier in his career, Andy held a range of roles focused on social mobility and education across the North East of England. During this time, he successfully secured social investment from commercial partners to support improved educational outcomes for primary and secondary school pupils in underserved communities.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Andy is a lifelong Barnsley F.C. supporter, a part-time follower of Wakefield Trinity R.L.F.C., and a keen fan of horse racing—making an annual pilgrimage to the Cheltenham Festival every March. Known for his boundless enthusiasm, Andy is a strong advocate for the transformative power of sport in helping communities not just survive but thrive—empowering young people to lead healthier, safer, and more successful lives.
